New Year - Stop Procrastinating

Now that 2007 is here, many people are making their New Years Resolutions, only to discover a few weeks later, that they have procrastinated on even getting started.

Getting started is the hardest part. We make or to do list, with too much listed and then get overwhelmed. The result is WE DO NOTHING. Does this sound like you?

One of my mentors and coaches taught me the all or nothing principle, which means that we think we have to do it all, so we work really hard, and exhaust ourselves and then we do nothing.

Instead of doing all or nothing, my suggestion is to DO SOMETHING. Take baby steps.
Then CELEBRATE and congratulate yourself for doing something.

By doing something everyday you will begin to be more consistant in your actions.

Welcome to Living With Passion

I am so thrilled that you are here to explore the possibilities for personal growth, balance and/or adventure.

I love coaching. I feel so priviledged and honored to be able to co-create with a person, watching the changes, the new possibilities, and dreams that open up as part of the process of listening, without judgment and asking the "right" questions. For me, coaching is a gift that I can give to others - it is about serving from a place of love and acceptance.
